Annual Classical Concert supporting the Infectious Academy 2011

The Farley & Thompson annual charity Classical Concert for 2011 was held at the Wessex Hotel Bournemouth.

The recipient charity was the Infectious Academy, where dance and music provide an inspiring project for one of the more challenged conurbations in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area.

Performers for this year were three principals at the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Ed Kay - Oboe, Chris Cooper - Bassoon and Kevin Banks - Clarinet.

Sadly this was Farley & Thompson's Senior Partner Michael Merridew's final concert before his sudden death in October 2011. Michael was able to present the Infectious Academy with the cheque for £5000 donated generously by our clients - 170 of whom attended the concert.
