We support you in providing a tailored service. All our probate valuations are conducted in-house at our Bournemouth offices, encouraging effectiveness and efficiency.
Our partner, Martin Poole will attend meetings with you at your office or client’s office or home, or the meeting/s can be in Farley & Thompson’s meeting room at its Bath Road office. Martin will also be happy discuss any proposals with you at any stage.
How Our service works - a contemporary example:
We attended a meeting with a solicitor together with his client. We were able to cover the legal aspects of the Estate in question together with the investment objectives of both the executors and the beneficiaries. We were able to embrace the wishes of all parties, reorganise the Estate and advise on appropriate disposals in the Estate and transfers in specie to the beneficiaries. The methods and timings were also agreed. Returns for beneficiaries were optimised. The advice provided was free.

Our pricing is clear, competitive and specific:
Probate valuation – 0.1% of the total value with a minimum of £10 per item to include checking each holding with company registrars.
